Dat blijkt uit de behandeling van het huidige Kamerlid Wybren van Haga, die door de VVD-fractie onder curatele is gesteld. Zo mag hij niet met de media praten.  Van Haga weet vooralsnog van geen wijken, maar een vertrek uit de fractie heeft wellicht ernstige consequenties voor de coalitie van VVD, CDA, D66 en ChristenUnie, die in dat geval haar parlementaire meerderheid verliest.  Dat blijkt op basis van informatie afkomstig uit de directe omgeving van de VVD-politicus.
